  • TD SYNNEX reseller partners automatically receive new accounts on the TD SYNNEX RENEW platform, now managed by Cordon Group
  • The user experience remains familiar – from quoting and planning collections to accepting final offers
  • Pricing is now determined by Cordon Group
  • Logistics are handled by Cordon Group, with pickups to facilities in Ashford (UK)
  • After grading, payments will be made directly by Cordon Group instead of CMR

How does the TD SYNNEX Renew trade-in journey work?

  • Log In or Sign Up
    You can access the TD SYNNEX RENEW platform using your credentials. New to the program? You can sign up using this form
  • Build a Quote
    Search for the device(s) you want to trade in and confirm its condition to generate a quote
  • Discuss with Your Customer
    Present the trade-in opportunity and quote to the customer for approval
  • Arrange Free Collection
    Schedule a pickup directly through the portal:
    • Choose a preferred collection date and pickup address (reseller or customer location)
    • A shipping label is generated automatically
    • Pack the devices securely to prevent damage during transit
  • Device Processing by SLS
    Once received, SLS will:
    • Test, clean, and data wipe the devices
    • Assess the actual condition and provide a final offer
  • Accept the Final Offer
    Approve the final offer and invoice Cordon Group. They will receive data wipe certificates via email for their records

I’m already an active B2B TD SYNNEX reseller partner, what do I need to know?

Starting July 1st, 2025, all active B2B resellers will be automatically transferred to the TD SYNNEX RENEW platform, now managed by CORDON GROUP.

The CMR portal will no longer be accessible to resellers. Any attempt to access it will redirect users to the new platform. Upon their first login, resellers will be prompted to reset their password and accept the updated General Terms & Conditions.

I’m a new reseller partner of TD SYNNEX, how do I register for TD SYNNEX Renew?

Resellers who are not yet part of the program, but are interested in joining, can sign up using this form.
