TechCARE Managed is TechCARE Professional COMBINED with 24×7 proactive monitoring and management on the End Customer’s behalf. By adding change and configuration management and providing essential upgrades of the storage estate to ensure its continued operation, we give peace of mind that the business-critical storage is in experienced hands. We also provide a Remote Configuration Backup Storage for securely storing a copy of the End Customer’s Configuration file in-case of emergency.
